Terms of Service

1. Using the Service

You must be authorized by your organization to create or join a workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by AI agents connected under your credentials.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or process content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to bypass the identity, policy, or access-control mechanisms the Service enforces.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product without our consent.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights, including the terms of any connected provider (e.g., Google).

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the memories, documents, and other content your organization stores in the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We access Customer Content only as needed to operate the Service, provide support, or comply with law.

4. Third-Party Connections

The Service may let you connect third-party accounts (such as Google) or AI tools. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services you choose to connect.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and terms presented at signup or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may suspend access for accounts with an outstanding balance after reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service to your account would create a security or legal risk. Upon termination, we will delete or return Customer Content as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddhi AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and where appropriate, communicated directly to workspace administrators.
